Something Bad Happened

One of the best marketed name brand conventional diesel 15W40 motor oils returned pitiful results in the testing, seizing at only 750 PSI. The expected lifetime of a diesel is much longer than a gasoline engine and the extreme pressures placed on the internal parts necessitates a superior lubricant.

We expected the synthetics to perform as they did. Most consumers are under the false expectation that synthetic oil is a better lubricant than a petroleum based oil. Synthetic oils have some good characteristics, for example, longer oil change intervals, low pour points for cold starting and better oxidation properties, but they rely wholly on their additive package for lubrication, giving an even greater reason to add an additive that actually works.

Here’s the difference. Everoil©, when it is circulating through the oil system and comes to a friction point – be it an engine ring against the cylinder wall, a bearing, camshaft, lifter, valve guide, turbo charger or oil pump –  does something that no other oil has ever been able to accomplish. Everoil's© propriority blend literally adheres at the point of friction, leaving a soft metal carboxylate which can out perform other motor oil as a lubricant in a high friction/heat application, as can be readily seen in the pictures and test results.

The oils tested in the Falex Pin & Vee Block failed at 1750 PSI or less, one failed at 2500 PSI. But,  Everoil  was able to complete the test and run at 4500 PSI direct load with significantly lower torque and minimal pin and vee block wear.

So our oil actually starts to perform at the temperatures and stress where oil normally fails. Think about what happens inside of an engine, when the fuel ignites at the top of the compression stroke and the piston is moving down the cylinder, most if not all of the oil on the cylinder wall can get burned up.

Everoil© doesn’t burn up like most motor oil and can molecularly embed itself into the pores of the cylinder wall so that when the piston is traveling back up the cylinder, Everoil'
s©  lubricating agent is always there.

There are great advantages in using a lubricant with the ability to bond to a surface. In a hot climate, oil has a tendency to run down to the oil pan when when parked, leaving you with a "dry start" condition.  In a cold climate, the oil pump can take some time to build pressure. Both of these conditions can be exaggerated with higher mileage engines and turbochargers. 40 percent of turbocharger failures can be attributed to engine oil problems. A turbocharger spun up to speed without adequate lubrication, even for a moment, can ruin the bearings. Even a dirty air filter can cause the turbo to run hot, necessitating a lubricant to perform at temperatures that would cause oil to fail.  The added high technologies and close tolerances of today's engines, make it essential to have Everoil's© added lubrication.

So,in summation: since you’re getting rid of the friction, then you’re getting rid of the heat generated from it. That means your oil lasts longer. It doesn’t get contaminated as quickly because those high friction points are being adequately lubricated with Everoil's©  soft metal carboxylate. Adequately lubricated, they will cease to be high friction points, running cooler, the oil will pass through those points without burning which creates harmful acids and sludge.

Most importantly your engine can last longer, run more efficiently, and the fuel that was being used to overcome the friction can now be used to move you down the road or maybe somewhere a bit more exciting!

 The Dynamometer Test

The dyno testing provided us with some pictures which further demonstrates what has been explained above. The test was performed by Wegners Motorsports research facility equipped with a pair of dynamometers. Two stock 350 Chevy crate engines were purchased for the test. They were both run for about 20 minutes with conventional motor for break in. The oil was drained, and Everoil's©  formula was added to one, and a premium racing oil (about $14 per quart) used every season in racing competition by hundreds of drivers was added to the other. To cool the engines, each is connected to a water supply tank and the thermostats are removed.

The engines were then run simultaneously at 80% load with power curves checked and recorded every 15 minutes. After approximately 1 ½  hours  the load was increased to 100% again checking power curves every 15 minutes for another 1 ½ hours. The test facility then disassembled the engines and checked them for wear.

Lubrication is all about reducing friction and thus reducing heat

Our first set of pictures is of the top of one of the lobes of each engine's camshaft taken under low magnification.  As you can see the camshaft on the left from the engine using Everoil
© has a smooth, shiny look to it. That surface is actually Everoil’s© friction/heat activated protective film (Soft Metal Carbolylate)  we were describing  earlier.

In contrast, the camshaft on the right using the premium racing engine oil left it in this condition.  This is what happens when you do NOT have the lubricating element adhere to the surface. What you are seeing is the damage inflicted from severe friction.  The metal had become so hot that it literally has cracked. This engine needs to be rebuilt. which is not something you would want to see or be told  with today’s prices.

Remember, both engines were run simultaneously with the same load stress over the same period of time.  The “Everoil© protected camshaft” on the left used Everoils© proprietary passenger car formula, and was pitted against the most popular premium racing oil used in racing competition. After break-in, both engines produced 265 horsepower,  but after Everoil's©  lubricant disassociated and protected the engine, it produced an increase of 20 horsepower! HERE is an oil that works!

You be the “judge”.
